Question #2:
how much food is enough food for bodybuilding?
i am 100 pounds even and am working to gain some muscles, i was told that in addition to lifting weights, i need to eat more food, up the carbs and the proteins, tremendously. how tremendous is tremendous? and how would i know if i am under-eating or over-eating? as of right now, i eat every 2 hours and only eat enough to not feel hungry, in other words, i never eat until i feel full, but just enough to not feel hungry. am i doing it wrong? should i be stuffing myself? is that how bodybuilding works? and is there a calculator somewhere i could use to plug in my weight, and figure out how much protein and carbs i should be consuming per day in order to gain muscles fast?chickens it is!!
Question #3:
Am I really that skinny (pics)?
I'm a 15 year old guy. I weight 130 pounds at 5'8", and I'm about 6-7% body fat.A lot of people are telling me to 'beef up', which I'm in the process of doing. And I got an account on bodybuilding.com, and everyone there tells me I'm ripped and all, and that I have great potential, but I'm kinda small. From my pictures, do I look small? Do I look skinny? And by skinny, I don't mean low body fat and lean, I mean scrawny like a stick.
I don't think I do, or at least not too much, but some people would beg to differ.

So what are your opinions? Keep in mind I'm 15. I know I'm a lot smaller than most adults, so answer knowing I'm 15. And I have a lifetime to pack on more mass.
Thanks,
Amit

Question #7:
Do you think bodybuilders are egomaniacs?
I'm in the military and about 2 years ago bodybuilding and fitness became the hobby I obsess most over. I don't feel like I'm better than everybody else, but I do find myself comparing physically to others alot in my head. I don't feel full of myself, in fact I'm never satisfied with my body and always feel the need to make myself look better. I'm not trying to be better than anyone else, I'm just trying to build confidence and better myself. I'm also often busy with intellectual pursuits and trying to build others skills as well. I try to be polite and understanding of most people as best as I can. So it's not like I'm just a musclehead. Do you think work-out fanatics are narcissists?Question #8:

Isn't it unethical of this young woman to not embrace her body as it is (was)? Why did she change it?
Click HereDon't these types of transformations send the wrong message to our children?
This woman's decision to change herself is simply telling us that she would rather not be the heavier weight that she was. How can this be considered healthy?
Shouldn't she have loved her body as it was, and tried to be even heavier?

I'm trying really hard to lose this belly and get abs but in the mean time I have a question, would a girl care if i left my shirt on? what do i do if she tries to take it off? i don't want to have to wait until I get abs to have sex:/Question #11:
Starting my journey into bodybuilding. Need just some quick tips.?
Ive recently decided that i want to become a bodybuilder and compete. Ive been lifting weights since 2007 but ive never really considered bodybuilding mainly because i was heavy into powerlifting and looking like a bear lol. so im already pretty advanced when it comes to lifting weights. but now i want to start my journey into bodybuilding. i was 215 at my biggest (last summer) and have been losing weight since then and am currently now at 185, im already muscular but im struggling with my belly (of course right lol?).as far as the going to the gym, thats nothing, i go to the gym mon-fri and i love it.
the 2 things i was concerned about and needed quick tips on was nutrition and workout routine.
NUTRITION: i eat a lot, i was a powerlifter therefore i was always on the hunt for food, so i have a little belly. question is, exactly how important is nutrition when it comes to bodybuilding? explain plz
WORKOUT PLAN: ive been doing higher reps/lower weights to burn fat and cut. how long should my workouts be? time between sets/reps. how often should i do cardio? etc... just need some quick tips please.
