The best inspiration I can think of, outside the normal "smoking can cause lung cancer", is to visit a nursing home with geriatric residents that have severe emphysema. It's the most disgusting and disturbing thing to witness. Imagine, slowly drowning from the inside out, not being able to breathe ever, unable to do any physical activity (even just getting up from the couch and walking across the room), feeling like you're going to pass out at any second, constantly coughing up huge chunks of mucus...It's depressing to think that by smoking we are killing important structures in the lungs that will never heal. Years down the road you too can experience the pleasure of slowly drowning in your own bodily fluids with no hope of recovery. With time it just gets worse and worse and worse. Until you die.
So, to really gain the experience, spend a few hours at a nursing home with an elderly patient that has sever emphysema. It's awful

I am getting ready to go on vacation and just started dieting to loose that extra winter weight lol and I am/was a smoker. My dad was also a natural body builder. My advice to you on smoking is to quit! It is way easier said than done but so is dieting and bodybuilding. The key to success is your mind set you have to be ready! Once you are consider it a lifechange like you had to for dieting/bodybuilding. Look at cigs and say 1100 calories in one oh shit NOT HEALTHY! lol (no calories but just an idea) Hope all goes well good luck!Answer #7:
