Question: Isn't it unethical of this young woman to not embrace her body as it is (was)? Why did she change it?

Just pointing out, that no, she shouldn't have tried to be heavier. At 5'3" and 180 pounds, her BMI was 31.9, which puts her in the Obese range. And being obese puts you at risk for heart disease, diabetes, weakens your joints and greatly reduces your life expectancy.Also, if she didn't feel good about herself, she has every right to change. It's not like she starved herself to a lower weight. She shaped up and looks fabulous. More power to her.

Honestly, she looked better when she was fatter. Now, she looks like a cardboard cut out with orange spray paint. I think she's gone from one extreme to the other, extremities are never good.Yes she did need to lose weight, exercise and eat healthy food, but not to that extreme.
