Question: Am I really that skinny (pics)?

( Back )

Answer #1:

You're REALLY skinny. You have good muscles, but you're really skinny. very good muscles ;)

Answer #2:

Ugh . . . from the second pic yes you do look really skinny from the sideview,

Anyways like you said yourself you have plenty of time to "pack on more mass". So it's hard to say why your that concerned. I mean you do have a good body but when you put a shirt over it, it's hard for people to see that; so to them you just look REALLY skinny.

my honesty.

Answer #3:

You should switch to 2% milk.
;)
You'll fill out over the next few years.

Don't worry about it!

Answer #4:

You're thin but it's not too bad. You could use more muscle on your lower back and sides so you can work on that, your abs are good enough.

Answer #5:

hey you got them to work! haha (i responded on the previous one too)

personally, i think you have a great body. keep working out and gain muscle mass, but your on the right track.

I'm 16, and my boyfriend has a stomach like that! i think its soo sexyy. Mind you he's 17, so his shoulders are broader and hes more filled out, and 6'4'', so hes lean, but not too small.

yes, you are a small framed guy. but your only 15, like you said. dont worry about it. soon, you'll get a growth spurt, grow taller, get wider shoulders, etc, and be in great shape still!
just keep working, get enough protein, any youre good to go!!!

Answer #6:

I guess your a little on the skinny side, but you are pretty muscly aswell, remember you need to eat a very high protein diet to add bulk when your working out, so dont worry im sure you'll bulk up if you're trying to. good luck

Answer #7:

Skinny, no. Lean? yes.

There's a huge difference, as you say you're only 15 and still growing, if you were getting self conscious about your weight try incorporating more complex carbs into your diet (potatoes, breads, pastas etc) followed by a food high in healthy fats (i recommend peanuts)

I'd avoid taking protein shakes and weight gainers at your age, as most contain creatine which with prolonged use "could" cause your liver, kidneys and pancreas to cease making it naturally.

Also an excellent tip not many people looking to gain weight use is try eating foods high in carbs + fats before you go to bed, ice cream is my personal favorite.

Answer #8:

Yeah you're skinny but it's not too bad. Just make sure with working out that you're still getting you're daily nutrients in. And yes you will fill out over the years. Don't be too anxious and over eat cause you have a great bod. Don't ruin all your hard work(:

Answer #9:

You're lean but small. Most guys will say you're skinny. Me too.
