In terms of eating healthy, it sounds like you're doing it just right. However, if you really want to eat more in the hopes of building more muscle, then all I can suggest is to take it slow. Don't eat a ton all at once, because that'll just make you sick. Start out with a little bit at a time, and see if you get the results you want. That way, you can go back to what you were doing before if it doesn't work out.

I agree to chicken it's good for you. i would try veggie soup. lots of fruits.
dont go all out on the bodybuilding pills. try to eat a balanced meal.
